Step 1: Verify Membership in WDAA

All presenters and attendees must be current members of the World Dance Alliance or its partner organizations in order to participate in WDAA activities. If you are not currently a member, click on Membership to join, or renew your membership.

Step 2: Register for the Assembly by July 1st, 2016

Please note that the registration fees for those WDAA members currently residing in Mexico, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Central and South America have been waived.  However, we must be able to verify your membership in WDAA when you request to register.

Fees for all other attendees:

Regular Registration

  • Full Assembly $200 US ($225 after July 1st)
  • Daily rate $50 US ($75 after July 1st)

Student Registration (ID required)

  • Full Assembly $150 US ($175 after July 1st)
  • Daily rate $30 US ($55 after July 1st)

There are no group discounts offered for this conference. 

To register to attend the Assembly, please email Jilissa Cotten at Jilissa.Cotten@tamucc.edu with your name and any other names in your group. We will verify your membership status and send you an invoice through PayPal. For student registration, please include scanned copies of your student ID. If you are registering to attend from Mexico, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Central and South America, please be sure to have a current WDAA membership status and provide a scanned photo ID of residence with your request to register.
