General Attendee Registration
General registration to attend the 2015 WDA-Americas Conference & Festival in Hawaii is open to the public. All individuals participating in the Assembly must register and pay the registration fee. The registration fee includes each individual’s ability to attend all activities during the week. We have made every effort to minimize the cost to attend, and due to the expressed interest are able to offer participants a very generous rate of $275 for individuals. All registration is done via invoicing through PayPal.
Group rates are also available. The invoice for the group registration will be generated as a lump sum. It is the responsibility of the primary contact for the group to collect monies from their group and pay the lump sum invoice. The group rate structure is as follows:
* 25% off for a group of 3-4 people ($206.25 each)
* 40% off for a group of 5-7 people ($165.00 each)
* 50% off for a group of 8+ people ($137.50 each)
An individual discount rate of $175 is available to students. Student rates will not be applied as part of a group discount rate (no double discounts). Note it is cheaper to take the group discount for 5+ people than applying a student discount. To be eligible for the student rate, a student must be currently participating in an educational program with a valid Student ID. Students must scan and e-mail a copy of their ID and email it with their request to attend.
We also have volunteer opportunities for those students or individuals who wish to participate but are facing financial hardship. If you are interested in volunteering at the Conference & Festival in exchange for a waiver of the registration fee, please contact us via the email address below.
To register to attend the Conference & Festival, please email email@example.com with your name, or the names in your group, and we will send you an invoice through PayPal. (Don’t forget to include scanned copies of any student IDs to get a student discount!)
